In Citat companies, we work across a wide range of digital and print channels primarily in the Nordic market.

Our customers include medium to large-sized companies and organizations both locally and internationally, such as Apollo, Lantmännen, Nobel Biocare, Pfizer, Västra Götalandsregionen, Scania, SEB Kort, Skandia, Start-Up Stockholm, SIDA, the Swedish National Police Board, Pensionsmyndigheten and Volvo.

2013

In 2013, we focused on developing our digital advisory offerings and services, including concept development, online campaigns, social media, applications, web tools and management services.

We also established formal partnerships in Denmark and Norway, which have further strengthened the company’s position in the Nordic region.

There have also been increasing opportunities for cooperation with other Nordic Morning companies. For example, Citat, KliKKi and JG Communication have found synergies in terms of offerings and competencies, and have been able to add even more value to our respective offerings by solving problems and coming up with new solutions together.

2014

We are well positioned to meet the needs of those companies and organizations that require tactical and strategic support in their marketing communications, and have the capacity to serve them throughout the Nordic region. This will enable Citat to continue growing profitably in 2014.

The communications industry is hyper-competitive, so we will continue to adapt to emerging trends, such as the channel shift, by, for example, offering to digitize our customers’ communications channels and marketing campaigns.

We will further develop Citat’s capacity to act as a strategic advisor. We also want to continue improving employee engagement and efficiency. This has a number of benefits, such as boosting creativity and raising job satisfaction.

Multi-channel digital services

A Finnish Citat Oy designs and implements advertising on a variety of channels, designs digital services and creates social media solutions.

Citat’s customers include both business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketers, such as Kärkimedia, Danske Bank, Fazer, AbbVie and Oikotie.

The challenge our customers face is knowing how, and with what level of investment, they can reach their target audience as effectively as possible using different channels. Striking the right balance between rationality and emotion, as well as information and experience, are the keys to success in digital channels that audiences expect to provide both utility and entertainment.

In order to reach the desired target audience, a good digital service needs to be supported by effective marketing.

2013

The majority of Citat Oy’s turnover came from digital services. The company exceeded its profitability target despite very challenging market conditions. We focused particularly on service design and the planning of service marketing.

The year’s most significant new launch was the Baari service concept developed for Kärkimedia. Baari allows media planning professionals to work more effectively both at their workstations and when on the move, using a tablet device.

Citat Oy was responsible for sharpening the Baari strategy, concept development and deployment, as well as the design and implementation of the user interface, visual appearance, service communications and launch.

2014

Our goal is to grow by 10 percent. We will focus particularly on developing digital service design and marketing, as well as strengthening our team with new talents in the field of digital and integrated marketing communications.
